JUDGMENT : Mahendra Dayal, J. 1. The applicant Shri Ashok Kumar alias Pintoo s/o Shri Anil Kumar Tiwari has approached this court by way of filing this application for quashing of the charge sheet arising out Case Crime No. 14/2014 under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325 I.P.C. and section 3 (1) (X) SC/ST Act Police Station-Dostpur, District-Sultanpur pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Sultanpur. 2. The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the co-accused are already on bail. The applicant also wants to surrender before the court below and seek bail in accordance with the law, provided the Court below is directed to consider the bail application of the applicant expeditiously in accordance with the law. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the application is disposed of with the direction that in case the applicant surrenders before the court below within a period of two weeks from today and apply for bail, his prayer shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
