ORDER : 1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the State of West Bengal has not yet complied with the directions issued by this Court. As the State of West Bengal has not responded, we direct the learned counsel for the State of West Bengal to remain present on 28.3.2017 after complying with the direction positively by that date. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to inform the learned counsel for the State of West Bengal. 2. List the matter on 28.3.2017.
