JUDGMENT : Mahendra Dayal, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the state. 2. By means of the this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C the applicant has prayed for the direction to trial Court for the disposal of the Session Trial No. 181/2013 arising out Case Crime No. 703/2012 under Section 302 I.P.C. Police Station-Pura Kalandar, District-Faizabad. 3. It is contended on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicant that the witness of facts have been examined and only formal witnesses are being summoned. Keeping in view of the facts, the aforesaid application is disposed of with the direction that Session Trial No. 181/2013 pending before the Learned Additional Session Judge, Faizabad be finally disposed of expeditiously and the Session Court shall make every efforts to conclude the Trial expeditiously.
