1. Claim in the writ petition is for release of salary in favour of the petitioners for the period they have admittedly rendered service. Further prayer is for directing the respondents to count the past service of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel states that the petitioners would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners as is made in the instant writ petition. 3. On query, learned counsel states that no representation/demand for justice was made to the respondents prior to invoking the jurisdiction of this Court. 4. Notice of motion. Mr. Ravinder Gupta learned AAG accept notice and states that no demand for justice was made before invoking the jurisdiction of this Court and in the circumstances, the petitioners may be relegated to avail of their remedy by making a demand for justice before the competent authority. 5. Statement of learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. Writ petition is taken on board and is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to file a representation within a period of fifteen days from today in respect of their claim as is made in the instant writ petition. On receipt of such representation, concerned respondent would consider and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks. 6. With the aforementioned directions, writ petition is disposed of.
