JUDGMENT : In this intra court appeal, the appeal has assailed the validity of the order dated 20.04.2017 by which the writ petition preferred by the appellant against the order of transfer has been disposed of with the direction to consider the representation which may be submitted by the petitioner. 2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that in compliance of the order dated 20.04.2017 passed by learned single Judge, the representation of the petitioner has been sympathetically considered and has been decided by an order dated 29.05.2017 and his place of posting has been modified and he has been posted in the place where medical facilities are available. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has also produced a copy of the order dated 29.05.2017. 4. In view of the aforesaid subsequent developments, nothing survives for adjudication in this intra court appeal. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
