JUDGMENT : Mahendra Dayal, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the state. 2. The applicant Rakesh Kumar Tiwari has filed this application under Section 482 for quashing the charge sheet, arising out of Criminal Case No. 6/2016, Case Crime No. 326/2014 under Section 3/5 and 4/10 Forest Act, Police Station-Raniganj, District-Pratapgarh. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that applicant is ready to appear before the Court below and seek bail, provided that a direction be issued to the learned court below to consider and dispose of the bail application of the applicant expeditiously in accordance with the law, to which, learned AGA has no objection. 4. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C is disposed of with a direction that Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pratapgarh shall consider the bail prayer of the applicant expeditiously in accordance with law laid down by Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India, in case the applicant surrender before the Court below and seek bail within two weeks from today. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of.
