JUDGMENT : Mahendra Dayal, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the state. 2. The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for quashing of the Impugned order dated 09.12.2016 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shrawasti, whereby the learned Magistrate has rejected the protest application and has accepted the final report. Since the applicant has an alternate remedy to file a revision against the aforesaid order dated 09.12.2016. Therefore, this application is dismissed with liberty to file a revision against the impugned order dated 09.12.2016.
