JUDGMENT ORDER Sabina, J. —Petitioners have filed this petition under section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.28/2017 registered at Police Station Buhana, District Jhunjhunu for offence under Section 420 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and section 15(2) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 Section 17(4) of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970, section 18 (c) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner no.1 has done diploma in Pharmacy Uuvaid (Ayurvedic) and has placed reliance on Annexure-3. Petitioners no. 2 to 4 were helpers in a camp organised by the Ayurvedic Doctor Gurmeet Singh. Petitioners are in custody since 9.2.2017. Presently petitioners are in judicial custody and are not required for further investigation. 3. Learned State Counsel on the other hand, has opposed the petition. 4. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the petitioners on bail. 5. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioners be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
