The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made the following endorsement in Rev.Aplw.No.22 of 2017: “The Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file petition under Section 113 of the Act and till then, the authorities may be directed not to take coercive action.” 3. Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the Review Application is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the Petitioner to file necessary Application under Section 113 (C) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 and Rules, diligently, within two weeks from today. Till such time, the concerned authorities are directed not to take any coercive steps/action in the subject matter in issue.
