JUDGMENT : 1. Grievance of the petitioners is that while deciding the review petition against order No.ARA/562-64 dated 11.02.2017, Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri directed the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nowshera to hold a public camp and accord an opportunity of being heard to the applicants and submit a report thereafter to the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri. The only grievance is that despite the aforementioned order of the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri dated 03.06.2017, no action has been taken by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nowshera to comply with the same till date. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of by directing Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nowshera to comply with the order of the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri dated 03.06.2017. 3. On query, learned counsel for the petitioners frankly conceded that no request had been made in writing to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nowshera to comply with the order of the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri bearing No.ARA/DCR/83 dated 03.06.2017. 4. Notice of motion to respondent No.4 only. Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.4 and states that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the petitioners to submit a representation to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nowshera with respect of the grievance which is the subject-matter of the instant writ petition and respondent No.4 can be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law. Same satisfies learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. Statement of learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. with their consent, writ petition is taken on board and is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to submit a representation in respect to the grievance which is the subject-matter of the instant writ petition to respondent No.4 along with certified copy of this order. On receipt of the representation along with certified copy of this order, respondent No.4 would consider and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of the certified copy of this order along with the representation. With the aforementioned directions, writ petition alongwith connected MP stands disposed of.
