JUDGMENT : 1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have submitted representations (Annexures P-12 & P-13) dated 16.05.2017 and 23.06.2017 to respondent Nos.2 & 5 but that no action has been taken in respect of the same till date. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent Nos.2 to 5 to consider and decide the representations (Annexures P-12 & P-13) dated 16.05.2017 and 23.06.2017 in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable as expeditiously as possible. 3. Notice of motion to respondent Nos.2 & 5. Mr. Sudesh Magotra, learned GA accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 & 5 and states that he has no objection to the limited prayer of the petitioners. 4. Statement of learned counsel for the parties is taken on record. With their consent, writ petition is taken on board and is disposed of by directing respondent Nos.2 & 5 to consider and decide the representations (Annexures P-12& P-13) dated 16.05.2017 and 23.06.2017 in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of the order along with the representations (Annexures P-12& P-13) dated 16.05.2017 and 23.06.2017. 5. With the aforementioned directions, writ petition along with connected MP stands disposed of.
