ORDER 1. Mr. Shekhar Naphade, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Maharashtra, respondent no.1 herein, submitted that 69 applications have been received by 14.12.2016 and the applications are being processed by the competent authority. Let the decision be taken on those applications within four weeks hence as prayed for. While dealing with the applications, the competent authority shall keep in view the order dated 24.11.2016. 2. Let the matter be listed after six weeks. 3. The petitioners are permitted to file the rejoinder affidavit in the meantime.
