JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. By this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of regular bail, on the ground that he has been in custody since 18.07.2016 and the quantity of contraband ('Ganja') seized from him is well below commercial quantity, it being 1 kg and 800 grams with commercial quantity being above 20 kg. 2. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Anoop Singh, submits that out of 08 witnesses only two have been examined so far and admits that the petitioner has been in custody for the past 06 months. 3. He also submits on query, that no other case has been registered against the petitioner. 4. Keeping in view the above and the fact that the trial is likely to take long as yet, the petition is allowed. The petitioner shall be admitted to bail upon his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court, further subject to the condition that he would be continue to appear before that Court as and when summoned by it.
