JUDGMENT : DEEPAK SIBAL, J. 1. Through the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.129 dated 17.08.2015, registered under Section 174-A IPC at Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib District Fatehgarh Sahib. 2. Vide order dated 20.10.2016, while issuing notice of motion, this Court had ordered that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on ad-interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the investigating/arresting officer. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amar Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for questioning by the investigating agency. 4. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and order dated 20.10.2016 granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions prescribed under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
