JUDGMENT : Navaniti Prasad Singh, J. The writ petitioner in this public interest litigation seeks a direction to the Kerala Public Service Commission to conduct the Lower Division Clerk examination 'Online' instead of 'OMR' basis. The submission is that so far as 'OMR' based examination is concerned, there are chances of error, which is as high as 4%. But, in case of 'Online' method, the chances of error is less than 1%. 2. Learned counsel for the Kerala Public Service Commission submits that for such an examination, there are about 18 lakhs applicants. To have 'Online' examination for 18 lakhs applicants is mere impossible. The State lacks infrastructure to have 'Online' examination of such a huge applicants. 3. Be that as it may, it is a matter which is better left to the experts within the Kerala Public Service Commission to decide and it would not be advisable for this Court to interfere into this controversy. In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and is accordingly dismissed.
