JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 15.02.2017, directing the parties to appear before the learned Mediator of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the report of the Mediator has been received to the effect that the dispute have been amicably settled between the parties. A copy of the said settlement/agreement dated 07.03.2017 has been annexed with the petition. 2. In view of the above, the order dated 22.12.2016 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute. 3. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
