ORDER : 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. On 17.02.2017, the following order was passed: "Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the entire arrears of rent. When the impugned order was passed on 18th January, 2017, the outstanding rent was assessed at approximately Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs). Let the aforesaid deposit be made by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court. Needful be done within eight weeks." 3. The aforesaid order has not been complied with till date. The above order was passed on the statement made to this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is present in Court in person. 4. In view of the above, the Station House Officer, Tilak Marg Police Station, New Delhi, is directed to detain the petitioner - Surinder Singh Arora in judicial custody forthwith, he shall be produced in this Court on the next date of hearing i.e. 01.05.2017. 5. Post for hearing on 01.05.2017.
