JUDGMENT : 1. Shri Akshay Tiwari has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4 and Shri Khet Singh on behalf of Rajasthan Public Service Commission. 2. This appeal is barred by limitation from 58 days. An application is preferred under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to have condonation of the same. 3. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of respondents submits that even on merits, the appellant is having no case as the process of selection in-question has already completed long back and further that learned Single Bench has given an opportunity to the appellant- petitioner to agitate his cause by way of filing a representation before the competent authority. It is not in dispute that the process of selection in-question acquired finality in the year 2013 and subsequently thereto necessary amendments have also been made with regard to the provisions pertaining to grant of reservation to the persons suffering from disabilities. 4. In entirety of the case, we do not find any just reason to interfere with the order. The appellant, however, is at liberty to agitate his cause by way of submitting a representation and if he submits the same within a period of four weeks from today. The respondent shall consider and decided that by way of speaking and reasoned order. The appellant, if fails, to get any relief in the administrative hierarchy, he shall be at liberty to prefer a petition for writ afresh, if any occasion arises on initiation of a fresh process of selection. 5. With the observations aforesaid, the appeal is disposed off.
