ORDER : 1. Issue notice to the respondent. 2. Mr. R. Devdas, learned principal government advocate, accepts notice for the sole respondent. Therefore, formal service of notice to the said respondent is dispensed with. 3. Pursuant to an earlier order passed by this Court on March 13, 2017 in Writ Petition No. 9529 of 2017, we are informed by Mr. Rodda Veershetty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that a representation has been submitted on March 28, 2017, to the Principal Secretary, Department of Urban Development, Government of Karnataka. 4. We trust and hope that the said Principal Secretary shall consider and dispose of the representation in accordance with law. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.
