JUDGMENT Anant Bijay Singh, J. – The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 17 of 2017, the case registered under Sections 418, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 Section 27 (b)(ii) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Sections 11 and 12 of Clinical Registration and Regulation Act, 2010. 2. Office is directed to call for the case diary from the court concerned. 3. List this case after eight weeks. 4. Till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner above named in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 17 of 2017, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar.
