ORDER : Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the relevant material. 2. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we do not see any reason to interfere in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution. 3. The Civil Appeals are dismissed leaving the question of law open. However, this may not be taken as precedent for future cases. ORDER 4. The appeals are dismissed in terms of the signed order. 5. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
