ORDER : Civil Appeal Nos. 6828-6829 of 2017 Mr. R.S. Suri, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw these appeals with liberty to approach the National Green Tribunal, Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata, (for short, the 'Tribunal') as permitted by the order dated 18.04.2017 passed in MA No.33 of 2017/EZ and MA No.40 of 2017/EZ in O.A. No.68 of 2106/EZ. 2. Permission, as sought for, is granted. 3. Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Civil Appeal Nos.6834-6835 of 2017 4. Mr. Subramonium Prasad, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, submits that since a review petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 18.04.2017 passed by the National Green Tribunal, Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata, in MA No.33 of 2017/EZ and MA No.40 of 2017/EZ in O.A. No.68 of 2106/EZ, permission may be granted to the appellant for withdrawal of the appeals. 5. Permission, as sought for, is granted. 6. Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. ORDER 7. These appeals are dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the signed order.
