ORDER : Civil Appeal Nos. 6828-6829 of 2017 Mr. R.S. Suri, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw these appeals with liberty to approach the National Green Tribunal, Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata, (for short, the 'Tribunal') as permitted by the order dated 18.04.2017 passed in MA No.33 of 2017/EZ and MA No.40 of 2017/EZ in O.A.
