ORDER : We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the record. 2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that in case the petitioner surrenders or is arrested within four weeks, he will be provisionally enlarged on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting authority or the Court in seisin of the case, subject to the conditions stipulated in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation and participate in the trial without misusing the privilege of the bail granted to him. 4. With the aforesaid direction, the special leave petition stands disposed of. 5. As a sequel to the above, pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
