ORDER : Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 54/2014 registered at Police Station Gopalgarh Distt. Bharatpur for the offences under Section 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was found innocent during investigation. Petitioner has been summoned to face the trial on an application moved by the prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C. Petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and face the trial. Learned State Counsel has opposed the petition. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within ten days from today, he be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the said Court. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
