ORDER 1. Permission to file annexures/additional documents is granted. 2. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and taken into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we consider it appropriate in the interests of justice to direct the release of the petitioner on bail. 3. Accordingly, during the pendency of this special leave petition, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/-with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. 4. In view of the above, the I.A./Crl.M.P. No.39834 of 2017 stands disposed of.
