ORDER : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. We do not find any error in the order of the High Court. 2. However, we extend the time for further period of three months from today for handing over the possession. We make it clear that in the event the petitioner does not hand over the possession within the above stipulated period, he shall not be entitled to the benefit of the order of the High Court by which the High Court has set aside the order of damages. 3. The special leave petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 4. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
