ORDER : Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 12/2011 registered at ACB Police Chowki Sawaimadhopur under Principal Police Station, ACB, Jaipur for offence under Sections 13 (1) (C) (D) and 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 120B of Indian Penal Code 1860. Heard. Prosecution story in brief is that the petitioner was co-trustee of the Comtac trust. Petitioner and his co-accused had misappropriated the funds by showing scholarship advanced to fake students. In all Rs. 31,91,820/- were misappropriated by the accused. Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations leveled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to him is made out. Dismissed.
