ORDER : From the order dated 25th May, 2017 it is clear that the High Court has already fixed the date on 3rd July, 2017 for further examination of petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is aggrieved by the direction for registration of the First Information Report and investigation by the Superintendent of Police Bhopal. 2. Issue notice. 3. The petitioner may also file an affidavit bringing on record the proceedings of 3rd July, 2017. 4. List this matter on 10th July, 2017. 5. In the meantime, the investigation may go one but the petitioner shall not be arrested.
