ORDER : Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Issue notice. 3. In all these petitions, petitioners have challenged Order dated 24.05.2017 passed by the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in W.P.(MD) Nos. 9289 and 9606 of 2017 and WMP (MD) Nos. 7064 and 7337 of 2017. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the interim direction issued by the High Court is directly against the spirit of the order passed by this Court whereby a schedule has been fixed for declaration of the result. 5. In view of the above, we are inclined to pass interim order. The impugned order is stayed and it is directed that the authorities concerned may further proceed with the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) for under Graduate (UG) conducted on 07.05.2017. It is clarified that the declaration of the result and admission shall be subject to the decision of these special leave petitions. The High Courts are requested not to entertain the writ petitions in the matter. 6. List these petitions immediately after summer vacation.
