ORDER : I.A. NOS. 47063/2017 AND I.A. NO.47064/2017 IN WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO.276 OF 2012 [FOR IMPLEADMENT AND DIRECTIOINS ON BEHALF OF BIHAR SCHOOL EXAMINATION BOARD] On being mentioned, I.A. No.47063/2017 and I.A. No.47064/2017 are taken on board. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant – Bihar School Examination Board. 3. By means of I.A. No.47064/2017 (Appln. For directions), the applicant is seeking extension of time for grant of affiliation in view of the liberty granted by this Court by order dated 2nd March, 2017 passed in I.A. No. 16 of 2017 in Writ Petition (Civil) No.276 of 2012. 4. This Court passed the following order on 2nd March, 2017 in I.A. No.16 of 2017 in Writ Petition (Civil) No.276 of 2012. “1. Heard learned counsels for the parties. 2. The prayer made in I.A. No.16 is allowed. Accordingly, the last date of issuance of formal order of recognition for Session 2017-2018 is extended till 02.05.2017 and the last date for grant of affiliation by the concerned authority is extended till 30.05.2017. 3. We further make it clear that in case the affiliating authority requires further time for grant of affiliation, it will be open for such authority to move this Court by way of a separate application, which will be considered on its own merits. 4. I.A. No.16 of 2017 is accordingly disposed of.” 5. Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant further 15 days from today are allowed to the applicant – Bihar School Examination Board to complete the process regarding affiliation. 6. I.A. No.47063/2017 and I.A. No.47064/2017 shall stand disposed of in the above terms. WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO.418 OF 2017 7. In view of the order passed in I.A. No.47063/2017 and I.A. No.47064/2017 in Writ Petition (Civil) No.276 of 2012, no further order need be passed in this writ petition (No.418 of 2017). 8. Writ Petition No.418 of 2017 shall stand disposed of in view of the above with the observation that the Bihar School Examination Board shall consider the application for affiliation as sought by the petitioners. WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NOS.401/2017 AND 407/2017 9. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the relevant material. 10. Exemption from filing O.T. is granted. 11. Issue notice, returnable on 23.06.2017. 12. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. 13. Service through Standing Counsel is also permitted.
