JUDGMENT : AMIT RAWAL, J. 1. Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to release the payment to the petitioner with regard to construction work of Model School at Village Geong (i/c Civil, P.H & E.1 works and boundary wall) in District Kaithal, executed by the petitioner. 2. In view of the stand taken in the written statement, certain discrepancies, according to the respondents, have not been proved by the petitioner, which have been rebutted. This is a disputed question of law with regard to the release of the payment. 3. The petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy as per the terms and conditions of the contract. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
