ORDER : Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 355/2016 registered at Police Station Chandwaji, Distt. Jaipur for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code 1860. Heard. Present case s an outcome of Panchayat election. Co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is allowed. In the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioners shall join investigation as and when required by the police and shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. Petitioners shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
