ORDER : Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 12/2011 registered at Police Station Gadmora, Distt. Karauli for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code 1860. Heard. Prosecution story in brief is that the co-accused had prepared a forged sale deed with regard to the property owned by Lilawati. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and has been falsely involved in this case.
