JUDGMENT : ANTONY DOMINIC, J. 1. The Original Petition is filed calling in question the order passed by the Kerala Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 1872 of 2015. The said O.A. was filed by the petitioners herein, who are included in Annexure A1 ranked list for appointment to the post of Livestock Inspector Grade II/Poultry Assistant/Milk Recorder/Store Keeper/ Enumerator in the Animal Husbandry Department in Thiruvananthapuram District. By order dated 31.10.2016, the Tribunal dismissed the O.A. 2. The contention raised by the counsel for the appellant is that the PSC has advised candidates from the ranked list violating the rules of reservation. However, from the order of the Tribunal, we do not find that the applicants have raised such a contention before the Tribunal. Instead, the only prayer made was that they shall be advised for appointment against the reported vacancies and also that the vacancies shall be reported to the PSC for advising candidates. Therefore, since the contention now urged before this Court is not seen raised before the Tribunal, we are not persuaded to entertain the plea now raised before us. On the other hand, if the petitioners have a grievance that the contentions urged by them were not considered by the Tribunal, the remedy available to the petitioners is to move the Tribunal itself for the redressal of their grievance. This Original Petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
