JUDGMENT : Madhuresh Prasad, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner has filed I.A. No.2914 of 2018 wherein he has specifically stated that on receipt of letter/direction dated 1.5.2014 bearing Letter no. 105228 (Annexure 6), issued by the Medical Council of India, he approached the respondent Bihar Council of Medical Registration, Patna for submitting his application for issuance of Registration Certificate to which the authorities of Bihar Council of Medical Registration, Patna refused to accept his application and asked him to come after withdrawing of the instant writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the Medical Council of India may be directed to return the deposits made by the petitioner in support of his earlier two applications filed by him in the office of the MCI after completing his M.D. Course in 1998. 3. No such prayer has been made in the writ petition and the specific case of the petitioner in the I.A. is that relying upon letter/direction dated 1.5.2014 bearing Letter no. 105228 (Annexure 6), issued by the Medical Council of India, the petitioner approached the authorities of Bihar Council of Medical Registration, Patna for his registration, who did not accept his application. He has also prayed for adding the Bihar Council of Medical Registration, Patna and the Secretary, State Medical Council as respondents no. 4 and 5. 4. Let the Bihar Council of Medical Registration, Patna and the Secretary, State Medical Council be added as respondents no. 4 and 5 respectively. 5. Learned counsel for the Bihar Council of Medical Registration, Patna is present and submits that if the petitioner makes his representation afresh, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 6. The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as above.
