JUDGMENT : Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that in pursuance of order dated 09.01.2018 of this Court, the petitioner has already joined the investigation. 2. The above fact is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel, on instructions from H.C. Darshan Singh, by submitting that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no longer required in this case. 3. In view of above, the interim order dated 09.01.2018 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the present petition stands disposed of.
