Counsel for the respondents Mr. Vishal Kumar Rai, Associate counsel to Standing counsel IV submits that this writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the Notice Inviting Tenders (in short ''NIT'') issued by the Excise Commissioner, Jharkhand under the orders of the Member, Board of Revenue and published in the Jharkhand Gazette on 14.08.2014 for grant of exclusive privilege of the wholesale supply of country liquor in bottles/sachets from the manufacturers and the N.I.T. was relating to the period from 01.10.2014 to 31.03.2018. 3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the respondents, it appears that this writ petition has become infructuous with the efflux of time. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. 5. I.A. No.4668 of 2014 is also dismissed.
