JUDGMENT : Mahabir Singh Sindhu, J. Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that in pursuance of order dated 19.02.2018 of this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required. 2. The above fact is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel, on instructions from DSP Rajpal Singh, by submitting that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case. 3. In view of above, the interim order dated 19.02.2018 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the present petition stands disposed of.
