JUDGMENT S. N. Pathak, J. – The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for a direction upon the respondents to pay the due Honorarium of Rs.1,05,000/- for the period prior to 09.11.2012 when the petitioner was working as C.R.P., Cluster Resource Centre, Middle School Thakuranhal, Poraiyahat, Godda. Further prayer has been made to transfer the petitioner from the District of Jamtara to the District of Godda on the ground of health problem and other sympathetic ground. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice, it would be if the present writ petition be treated as a representation of the petitioner and a direction be given to the respondents to pass a reasoned order on the representation of the petitioner, within a stipulated time. 3. No counter-affidavit has been filed. However, learned counsels for the respondents do not object the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, without going into the merits of this case, let the present writ petition be treated as a representation of the petitioner and accordingly, I hereby direct the petitioner to approach before the respondents with a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this order, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. 5. Needless to say that if the petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid due benefits, the same shall be given to him within a further period of three weeks. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
