JUDGMENT KURIAN, J. 1. We do not find any reason to interfere with the concurrent findings rendered by the Appellate Court and the Revision Court, as affirmed by the High Court, regarding the legality of possession and continuity of possession. 2. The appeal is, hence, dismissed.
