SHREE CHANDRASHEKHAR

body2018
JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. – The petitioners are seeking a direction upon the respondent-Additional Collector, Giridih to dispose of their representations for correction in the award. 2. At the outset Mr. S. K. Ghosh, the learned State counsel has raised an objection on maintainability of the writ petition, contending that the National Highways Act, 1956 is a complete Code in itself and for correction/amendment in the award there is a specific provision under the said Act and while so, the writ petition is not maintainable. 3. On second call also the learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. 4. The writ petition is dismissed in default.
