JUDGMENT Vinit Kumar Mathur, J. - The present appeals are filed by the claimants to assail the correctness of the order dated 22.06.2015 passed under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act awarding an interim award by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhilwara in Claim Case No.240/2012 and 242/2012. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the observation made in the order dated 22.06.2015 may influence the Court/Tribunal while passing the final award in the matter. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he will be satisfied if the observations made in the order dated 22.06.2015 shall not influence the Court/Tribunal while passing the final award. 4. It is a settled preposition of law that the observation made while passing an interim order or the order for interim award, the adjudication of claim petition will not be influenced. However, it is made clear that while passing the final award, the learned Tribunal shall not be influenced by the observation made in the order dated 22.06.2015 and shall decide the same on its own merit. 5. With the above observation the present appeals are disposed 6. The learned Tribunal shall decide the claim petitions as expeditiously as possible.
