JUDGMENT Mr. Rajan Gupta J.:- CRM No. 6076 of 2018 1. This is an application seeking correction in the head note of the petition. Learned counsel submits that during investigation, police has added offence under sections 467, 468, 471 IPC in the FIR but same could not be incorporated inadvertently. 2. In view of above, application is allowed as prayed for. Necessary correction be carried out in the head note of the petition. CRM M-5806 of 2018 3. This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 154 dated 16.12.2016 under sections 420 & 420-B IPC IPC at Police Station Lehra district Sangrur. Petitioner is incarcerated since 17.03.2017. Case is triable by Magistrate. Admittedly, investigation has been completed. Matter is now fixed for consideration of charge before the trial court. Main accused namely Sikander Singh, who is stated to be involved in 20 other cases, is in custody. Allegation against the petitioner is that he collected money on behalf of fake organization namely Human Rights Mission. 4. Keeping in view period of incarceration of the petitioner and the fact that trial may take some time to conclude, I am of the considered view that no useful purpose would, thus, be served by detaining the petitioner in custody. Accordingly, petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Sangrur.
