JUDGMENT Alok Sharma, J. - The matter comes up on a letter no.590 dated 12.04.2018 sent by the Additional District and Sessions Judge No.2, Kishangarhbas, District Alwar, for extending the period to decide the execution petition No.36/64/18 titled Madhvi vs. Vimal over the time earlier fixed, pursuant to order of this Court dated 30.10.2017 in SBCWP No.8258/2017. 2. For the reason mentioned in the letter, the period for deciding the petition is extended for three months from today. 3. The Deputy Registrar (Judicial) is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned court.
