JUDGMENT Mr. A.B. Chaudhari , J (Oral):- This is a second petition for grant of anticipatory bail in FIRNo.343 dated 14.12.2016, registered under Sections 308, 325, 341, 506,148 & 149 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Jodhewal, Ludhiana. 2. Counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for thecomplainant, both are present with the complainant. They have invitedmy attention to the deed of compromise (Annexure P-4) by way ofaffidavit in respect of FIR in question. Counsel for both the parties, whoare present before this Court, make a statement that now the compromisehas been arrived at between the complainant and the accused persons.Out of four accused persons, two petitioners herein are claiming relief ofanticipatory bail by way of present second petition. 3. Admittedly, respondent No.2 had set the criminal law inmotion because of the assault made by the petitioners and as such thepolice was required to move. Now there is a compromise that has beenarrived at between the parties. 4. In that view of the matter, anticipatory bail is granted to thepetitioners in FIR No.343 dated 14.12.2016, registered under Sections 308, 325, 341, 506, 148 & 149 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Jodhewal, Ludhiana, subject to the petitioners No.1 & 2 are depositing anon-refundable amount of Rs.15,000/- each with the Office of Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to be forfeited to the State of Punjab.This amount shall be deposited within a period of four weeks from today. In default, the police will be at liberty to arrest the petitioners.
