JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. – Stating that the issue whether leave encashment is payable to a teacher employed in the Government-aided minority schools has been authoritatively decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Mariyam Tirkey Vs. State of Jharkhand and Others,2014 1 JBCJ 465 (HC), Mr. Vijayant Verma, the learned State counsel states that necessary instruction has been issued to the District Education Officer, Jamtara-respondent no. 4 to pay leave encashment to the petitioner. 2. In the above fact, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 4 to take steps for payment of leave encashment to the petitioner within six weeks, upon verification of his service records.
