JUDGMENT Pramath Patnaik, J. – In the instant writ application, the petitioner has inter alai prayed for quashing order dated 31.07.2008 whereby he was directed to hand over the charge of In-charge Headmaster to respondent no. 4 and further prayer has been made for direction upon the respondents to make payment of salary to the petitioner from May, 2008 till today. 2. Referring to supplementary affidavit dated 10.04.2018, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that during pendency of the writ application the petitioner retired on 28.02.2015 and after retirement his entire retiral benefit amount has been paid, as evident from Annexure A, A1 and A 2 to the supplementary affidavit. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the averments made in the supplementary affidavit filed by the respondent-Stated. 4. In such view of the matter, in particular that petitioner has now retired and all retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this case. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
