JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. – Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal, the learned counsel states that as per instruction from the local counsel, the writ-petitioner who has died during the pendency of the writ petition has no other surviving legal heir and successor. On the basis of this information, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 2. The writ petition stands withdrawn.
