JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. – Prayer in the writ petition is for a direction upon the respondents to pay arrears of pension, arrears of family pension, gratuity etc. on grant of ACP/MACP benefits. 2. In the supplementary counter-affidavit dated 09.05.2018 filed on behalf of respondent no.5 the respondents have pleaded that vide letter dated 03.05.2018 office of the Accountant General, (A & E), Jharkhand has been informed details of payments made to the petitioner of post-retiral benefits accrued to her husband viz. provident fund, group insurance, leave encashment and provisional pension. 3. In view of the statements made in the affidavits filed on behalf of the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Accountant General, (A & E)-respondent no.6 to issue orders for revised pension for the husband of the petitioner and revised family pension for the petitioner.
