JUDGMENT Kailash Prasad Deo, J. – Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner has prayed for grant of regular bail in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.21 of 2018 (dated 08.02.2018) corresponding to G.R. No.197 of 2018, registered under Sections 414, 419, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(ii) of the Coal Mines Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is a driver and he is in custody since 08.02.2018. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 4. Be that as it may, since the petitioner is a driver and he is in custody since 08.02.2018, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.21 of 2018 (dated 08.02.2018) corresponding to G.R. No.197 of 2018.
